Key Tournament Notes
Good to know
Official SU Baseball schedule confirms the date and playing area. Public schedule does not currently expose a tournament title, so a date-based title is used rather than inventing one; update when the organizer publishes the name. Name audit 2026-09-23: reviewed the current official SU Baseball 2026/2027 schedule, the linked Dec. 4-5 Who's Coming source, and current web results. The organizer's current public schedule still identifies this event only by date/location. SU Baseball has historically used “Winter Classic” for its early-December event, but there is no current 2026 confirmation tying that name to Dec. 4-5, so Beehive is not carrying the historical name forward as fact. Rechecked Sept. 28, 2026: SU Baseball's current official tournament page still lists this event only by date/location, and the linked Who's Coming sheet (where fetchable) still uses a date-based/generic title rather than an organizer-published tournament name. No title change made.
