Privacy

Your information should have a clear purpose.

This page explains the types of information Beehive Diamond Hub may receive and how that information is used to operate the site.

Last updated: September 25, 2026

Beehive Diamond Hub is an independent information and listings resource. This privacy notice applies to information handled through the BDH website.

1

Information you choose to submit

When you add or manage a listing, send a correction, contact BDH, enter a giveaway, or use another form, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, team or organization details, event information, player-related listing details, and other information you choose to include.

Some listing information is intended to appear publicly on Beehive Diamond Hub. Do not submit sensitive or private information that is not needed for the listing.

2

How submitted information is used

BDH may use submitted information to publish and maintain listings, verify or correct information, respond to questions, manage giveaways or community submissions, prevent abuse, and operate or improve the site.

3

Analytics and technical information

BDH uses analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics and hosting providers may process technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, device or browser information, referral source, and interactions with the site. This helps identify what is useful and where the site needs improvement.

4

Third-party services and links

BDH relies on third-party services for functions such as hosting, analytics, forms, data storage, and external organizer links. When you leave BDH for an organizer, registration provider, social platform, or other external site, that service's own privacy practices apply.

5

Youth information

BDH is built around youth sports, but forms should be completed by an adult when contact or account-level decisions for a minor are involved. Avoid posting unnecessary personal information about a child. Public player listings should contain only information needed for the baseball or fastpitch opportunity.

6

Retention and corrections

Listing and submission information may be retained as needed to operate BDH, maintain records, prevent duplicates or abuse, and support site administration. If you need a public listing corrected or removed, use its manage tool when available or contact BDH.
