All event information is submitted by third parties (teams, coaches, parents, and organizers). Users are solely responsible for verifying event dates, locations, fees, and all details directly with event organizers before making decisions or commitments.
Payments
BDH does not process or collect payments of any kind. Teams, parents, and coaches must not make any payments for tournaments, leagues, tryouts, or camps based solely on information listed on BDH. All payments should be made only after independently verifying details and working directly with the event organizer. BDH is not responsible for any financial transactions, refunds, or disputes between users and event organizers.
Liability
Use of BDH is at your own risk. BDH and its operators disclaim all liability for any damages, losses, costs, or claims arising from reliance on information provided on this site. By using BDH, you agree to hold BDH and its operators harmless from any disputes, inaccuracies, cancellations, or issues related to events listed here.
Content and Updates
BDH reserves the right to update, edit, or remove event listings at any time without notice. These Terms of Use may also be updated from time to time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
