1) What BDH Is

BDH is an independent hub designed to simplify searching for tournaments, leagues, tryouts, camps/clinics, and talent opportunities for youth baseball and softball. We aggregate listings submitted by third parties (teams, coaches, parents, and organizers) and, at times, information that is publicly available on the web. BDH is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any specific organization unless explicitly stated.

2) Information Accuracy & Verification

While we strive for accuracy, BDH does not guarantee that information shown is current, complete, or error‑free. Event details (dates, locations, fees, rules, registration deadlines, etc.) may change without notice. Users are solely responsible for verifying all details directly with event organizers before registering, traveling, or making other commitments.

3) No Payments for Events via BDH

BDH does not collect, process, or facilitate payments for events. Do not send money based only on information listed on BDH. All payments, refunds, and disputes are strictly between you and the organizer. BDH is not responsible for any financial transactions or outcomes related to events, travel, or lodging.

4) Giveaways, Contests & Promotions

From time to time, BDH may run giveaways, contests, or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”), including those tied to our “Help the Hive” efforts or social-media campaigns. Each Promotion may be subject to separate official rules or terms (“Official Rules”) posted on this site or on the relevant social platform. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any Promotion’s Official Rules, the Official Rules will govern for that Promotion.

• Participation in any Promotion is optional. Eligibility requirements, entry methods, prize details, and deadlines will be described in the applicable Official Rules.
• We reserve the right to verify that potential winners actually completed the required steps (for example, following, liking, commenting, sharing, or submitting forms) before confirming a prize.
• We may disqualify entries that appear fraudulent, automated, incomplete, or that otherwise violate the Official Rules or these Terms. Our decisions regarding Promotions are final.
• Promotions that run on or reference third‑party platforms (such as Instagram or Facebook) are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms. You release those platforms from any responsibility related to the Promotion.

5) Donations, Tips "Help the Hive"

BDH may offer ways for users to make voluntary financial contributions—such as donations, tips, or “Help the Hive” contributions—to support the operation and growth of the site (for example, hosting costs, future giveaways, and other community initiatives). These contributions are separate from any payments you make to event organizers.

• Contributions to BDH are voluntary and are generally non‑refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
• Contributions are not currently represented as tax‑deductible. You are responsible for determining any tax implications and should consult your own advisor if needed.
• From time to time, we may offer entries into Promotions, shout‑outs, or other acknowledgements in connection with “Help the Hive” or similar efforts. These acknowledgements are discretionary, may change over time, and are not guaranteed. Contributions do not guarantee that you will receive or win any particular prize.
• Contributions to BDH do not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and BDH, and do not give you any ownership interest in BDH.

6) User‑Submitted Content & License

If you submit a listing or other content to BDH, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant BDH a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, and share that content for the purpose of operating the site and promoting your listing. We may edit or format submissions for clarity and consistency (e.g., normalizing age groups, levels, dates) without changing substance. From time to time, we may also use your submissions in connection with “Help the Hive” or other reward programs, though we may modify or discontinue such programs at any time.

7) Use of Public Information

BDH may compile publicly available information (like dates and basic event details) to help families and coaches discover opportunities. If you are an organizer and prefer that a listing be removed or adjusted, please email beehivediamondhub@gmail.com with the URL and details. We’ll review in a reasonable timeframe and remove or update where appropriate.

8) No Endorsement

References to organizations, leagues, vendors, or facilities are for information only and do not constitute an endorsement by BDH. Participation in any event is at your discretion.

9) Assumption of Risk & Release

Youth sports involve inherent risks. By using BDH, you assume all risks related to attending or participating in events you discover through the site and you agree to release and hold harmless BDH and its operators from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to such participation or reliance on information found here.

10) Third‑Party Links

BDH includes links to third‑party websites and forms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Use third‑party sites at your own discretion.

11) Eligibility, Safety & Conduct

• Parents/guardians are responsible for decisions involving minors.
• Follow all rules and codes of conduct set by organizers and facilities.
• Do not use BDH to harass, spam, scrape at scale, or misrepresent information.

12) Changes, Removal & Availability

We may update, edit, or remove listings at any time and may modify these Terms as our service evolves. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the current Terms. We may suspend or end access to BDH at any time to maintain or improve the service.
